Site Installation Foreman Job in Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Safwa Glass is seeking an experienced and hands-on Site Installation Foreman to lead glass installation teams on construction and fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring the highest standards of installation quality, safety compliance, and timely project delivery. Proficiency in English is mandatory for effective communication with clients, contractors, and management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Site Installation Foreman Job in Dammam, Saudi Arabia

      • Supervise and direct installation crews on glass, glazing, aluminium, and façade projects from start to completion.
      • Read and interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and installation specifications.
      • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
      • Monitor daily progress against project schedules and report deviations promptly.
      • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times on site.
      • Conduct toolbox talks and enforce PPE usage and safety protocols across all crew members.
      • Manage material deliveries, inventory, and on-site storage to avoid project delays.
      • Identify and resolve technical installation challenges in a timely manner.
      • Prepare daily site reports and maintain accurate records of work completed.
      • Liaise with the client’s site representatives and respond professionally to queries.
      • Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices on the team.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Site Installation Foreman Job in Dammam, Saudi Arabia

      • Minimum 5 years of experience in glass, glazing, curtain wall, or façade installation — with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
      • Strong knowledge of glass installation techniques including structural glazing, spider systems, aluminium frames, and unitized curtain walls.
      • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
      • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) — ESSENTIAL for communication with clients and management.
      • Experience using lifting equipment, glass handling tools, and relevant machinery.
      • Valid driving licence preferred.
      • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
      • Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are an advantage.
